scanner not working?

      I have appeared to have lost all my data on my SDHC card or its has become corrupt, when I plug my scanner into a data link connector nothing happens with the scanner, it doesn't open up, the screen stays blank???
    Any ideas what maybe causing this?

     Hi, please try to load all the software back to SD card before it is plugged back to tool.

     I down loaded Autel PC Suite V6.33. Then opened MOT Pro Update Client, put my SD card into my laptop and downloaded the update recommended. It all works as good as before. very happy, its a really good scanner.

      Support, how do you reload all the software back onto the SD card?
